Came for dinner with a group of hungry young men, all of whom ordered either the Indian burger or the Indian taco -- HUGE portions. You've gotta try their fry bread. I had a regular cheese burger, which was very good. Great pie, super friendly service, and a very relaxing place to hang out with both locals and travellers. The restaurant has been fixed up since it changed ownership, and now includes lots of photos of Warm Springs tribal members, local history, and community events. I'll definitely stop here to eat when passing through.

The Indian warm bread from here was pretty good. If you can find an entrée that features that, I think that would be the route to go. I'm giving it a lower rating just due to sanitation concerns. This is the same family that owns the rafting outfit that it shares the parking lot with. My group saw a few of the raft guides come in from out in the parking lot, go behind the food prep area, fix themselves either a drink or some food and just walk out. No washing their hands, not one. We literally went rafting with two of them and were with them for the previous ~5 hours so could vouch for how dirty their hands were and that they didn't visit a sink to wash-up before going back and contaminating the kitchen or prep areas. Gross. We asked the waitress what she'd recommend when we sat down and she says, "Honestly? Nothing. I don't eat here" It got a huge laugh out of our group and we appreciate her honesty. Not taking her advice, I still ordered a milkshake and fries. They were pretty good and if I were rating off the food alone, I'd probably give it a 3. We'll avoid it if driving through the area again.

I really want to give this place 4 or 5 stars because both the setup and waitress were great. However, I find myself struggling to not give it 1 star. So, I compromise at two. Here's the lowdown: -my cousin ordered a regular burger and said it was chore to finish. -I ordered the buffalo burger and it was super dry and tough to chew. I forced myself to finish the patty. -the indian fry bread was reasonably tasty -my wife ordered the Indian taco and thought it was decent. -the portions were huge -the waitress was super friendly and fun. Don't think I would stop here again, but if we do I would try something. Maybe burgers aren't in their wheelhouse. (How do you screw up a burger? Thinking it must be discounted frozen patties??)

We came here for breakfast after a night of fun at the kahneeta resorts. I got the Denver omelet with hash and it was pretty good! The restaurant from the outside and inside doesn't look that good but food was excellent. I would definitely come here again. Oh and our waitress was just awesome!

Bad food. Bad service. I'm sad we wasted our money stopping here. Meat tastes like rubber. Fries were super greasy and chewy. Waitress and owner had no personality and sat there watching tv while we waited for our order. Don't waste your money.

Must pull over and give it a try. We have been coming here for a few generations. Friendly atmosphere and good food. Ingesting views from the windows. Lots of local history to be seen all over the place:)

We stopped at the restaurant on the way home (to WA) from a trip to Bend. It was really the only option we could find near Warm Springs and the last option before Mt Hood. The inside of the restaurant is nothing to write home about: a basic diner. Oddly, the diner's office consisted of a table in the main dining room. It had a computer and a bunch of papers on it. They also had a big screen TV playing the NBA playoffs. The menu was what you'd expect from a diner: burgers, sandwiches, etc. They did, however, have elk burgers as well, which is what I ordered. It came with fries, which were probably the best part of the meal. The elk was okay. I think the elk was a pre-made frozen Patty. Okay prices. If this review sounds boring, well, it basically reflects the dining experience. Decent, okay, nothing especially standing out.

We've come by here a few times. First with kids and another without. Great service and food has never let us down! Beautiful view outside of the basalt mountains. Big screen tv in dining room for entertainment value. Tonight, it's lord of the rings!

Our quick breakfast stop was a delight. The pancakes and oatmeal were delish and the staff was super friendly! Kid friendly and good coffee.

Passing through Warm Springs our group of mountain bikers was looking for a diner breakfast- look no further than this place. Waitstaff was friendly, portions were generous, and coffee was forever flowing. Few things are better than bacon and eggs done right. I'd come back.

Friendly family atmosphere; good food at very modest prices. Clean. Something on the menu for everyone. Haven't had a bad dish yet. Try their Indian fry bread with butter and honey.

Loved my lunch here! I've always wanted to stop in Warm Springs but somehow end up a mile past it by the time it occurs to me to pull over. I'm glad I made the effort to stop this time! I got the Indian burger- huge patty on Indian fry bread. Holy Moses, this is the kind of meal you want to tackle if you fight moose for a living or push over trees with your bare hands. It was so delicious! The customer service was very friendly and attentive without being overly so. I'll be trying the elk burger on my way back. Check out the coffee stand, too, across the parking lot- you'll need it before food coma sets in. They have great coffee and beautiful handmade jewelry.

We like to stop here on the way to my parent's house. The food is typical diner food, but it's pretty good. All the people are really friendly here. The saving grace is the fry bread--get some.

I absolutely love this place, it has a great casual atmosphere that makes you feel like you're at home. The menu had alot of diverse options and it was hard to decide what to eat, everything looked great. Some things that you find here and no where else are their elk burgers, elk steak, buffalo burgers, Indian tacos and of course the mouthwatering huckleberry pie. I recommend it to anyone passing through to Bend or Portland
